Return Policy

We hope that you adore all of your purchases from The Darling Closet. But, we know that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for store credit only if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item won't be eligible for return. 

If an item is a SALE item, it is not eligible for a return. 

Items must be in perfect condition to be returned. Items will not be accepted for return if: tags are not attached, stains of any kind, dog hair, cigarette smell or any other discrepancies.  

Return Instructions

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Options are USPS and UPS.

No return authorization is needed, simply ship your item to:

Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it. 

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you. 

Damaged Items

Damaged items must be reported within two days of receiving your order. Please email us at shopthedarlingcloset@gmail.com and send photos of any damage. 

Keep in mind, merchandise can vary in color due to lighting and other factors. This does not qualify as damage.
